Highlights from the Naked Yoga Challenge: “Life is too short to hold on to grudges, fears, judgment, etc. Remove them and elevate your being.”

“Life is too short to hold on to grudges, fears, judgment, etc. Remove them and elevate your being to the sky. Hold on to them and feel their control drag you down to the ground with no light in sight.”

Highlights from the Naked Yoga Challenge: ” It adds to my self esteem bank account and is used when I am going through any struggles.”

“When I am naked at home, cooking, cleaning, reading a book watching a movie or meditating, I feel at home literally within my body. Yet, when I am gifted to be in the company of other naked folks it brings out a joy in me, so profound that it adds to my self esteem bank account and is used when I am going through any struggles.” ~ Rev. Fruits of the Naked Yoga Challenge

I have been following and practicing the 30 Day Naked Yoga journey on offer. What an amazing experience it has been for me. I am grateful that this challenge is on offer, as it came just as I made an important decision in my life. Following this challenge daily has held me accountable to my practice and to spending quiet time with myself, being in my body and soul. As I invest in that time, many things come up, and I begin to look at and heal a lot of emotional wounds that have mounted recently. I can’t thank you enough for offering this. I’m even writing a post about my experience so far.” ~ Letter from Hontouniheart, a Naked Yoga Challenge participant.

Naked Yoga Challenge Photo Finalists Coming Soon!!!

I was deeply moved and inspired by the absolutely delightful and body honoring photos and quotes I received throughout the past month in support of the Naked Yoga Challenge and Photo Contest. I’m still in the process of sorting through everything as there was a large influx of photos submitted in the last few hours on Valentine’s Day.

Thank you to everyone who sent in photos, shared the contest on their Facebook page, sent an email of support, practiced naked yoga secretly or not so secretly and celebrated the beauty of the body with me this month.

Stay tuned for more info and finalists results and the collage naked yoga display soon!
